All delivery times shown at checkout or in your confirmation are estimates. They are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or other events outside our control.

TRACKING

You will receive a tracking link by email once your order leaves us.

LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your order arrives damaged, contact us through our contact page with a photograph. We will replace the item and cover shipping in both directions.

If tracking shows your order as delivered and you have not received it, contact us through our contact page and we will open a trace with the carrier.
