Return and refund policy

RETURNS

You may return any pair within 14 days of the delivery date.

Returned items do not need to be unworn or unused. Returns are accepted in any condition within the 14 day window.

To start a return, contact us through our contact page with your order number. We will reply with a prepaid return label. There is no restocking fee and no processing fee.

Returns requested more than 14 days after the delivery date cannot be accepted.

REFUNDS

Once your return arrives with us, we will inspect it and issue the refund to the original payment method. We cannot issue a refund to a different card or account.

REFUND PROCESSING TIMES

Once we issue a refund, it is submitted to the payment processor immediately. It remains in a pending state for up to 2 business days while the funds are processed. After that, the timing is determined by your bank or card issuer. It may take up to 10 business days from the date of issue for the amount to appear on your statement. Mountak cannot influence this timeline.

If more than 10 business days have passed since we confirmed the refund, contact your bank or card issuer first. If they are unable to locate the transaction, reach us through our contact page and we will provide the reference number required to trace it.

SHIPPING COSTS

Mountak covers return shipping on returns made within the 14 day window.

WARRANTY RETURNS

The warranty is separate from this policy. It runs for one year from the delivery date and covers free replacement if the frame, hinge, or lens fails. Normal wear and tear is not covered. Scratches arising from everyday use are considered normal wear and tear.

For a warranty claim, you are responsible for shipping costs. Mountak provides the replacement pair at no charge.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or is not the item you ordered, contact us through our contact page with a photograph. We will replace the item and cover shipping in both directions. This is separate from the 14 day return window.
